The admin panel incorporates features such as school roles, school groups, reasons for rejection, and file tags, which are indispensable for the smooth and secure functioning of Broadcast & Broadcast Plus module.

Broadcast Admin Screen

To access the Broadcast Admin Screen, Click Broadcast > Broadcast Admin.

The admin panel is broken into four key areas: Groups, School Roles, Reasons for Rejection and File Tags.

Groups

To access the Groups area, click Manage Groups.

Groups work across all of Broadcast and, as such, have their own more in-depth guide. For help with managing groups, click here.

School Roles

To access the School Roles area, click Admin > View Roles.

Here, you are presented with your roles list, comprising all roles your Local Authority has currently set up for your schools.

Reasons for Rejection

The Reasons for Rejection section will allow administrators to define the selected feedback when files do not meet the required criteria, encouraging schools to submit appropriate and relevant content. 

To access the Reasons for Rejection area, click Admin > Reasons for Rejection.

File Tags

File tags enable quick and accurate categorisation of files, simplifying searches and enhancing overall file management. With these essential features, the admin panel ensures optimal control, user engagement, and data organisation, making it a vital component of Broadcast.

To access the File Tags area, click Admin > File Tags.
