The School View is the area of Broadcast you can use to see which documents will be visible to each school when they log in to Perspective or Perspective Lite.
When you access the School View, you need to select the relevant establishment from the drop-down list. You will then see the files/folders that are visible to this establishment. This will allow you to check that files will only be distributed to the desired schools before any changes are saved or published.
Files that have been uploaded to the LA View can be previewed in the school view. This preview will show you what the school will see once the changes have been published.
The School View will try and predict which schools will see the files you upload to Broadcast. If you want to see a definitive view of what a school can/can't see in their Perspective documents page once files are published, locate that school via Nexus Schools and use the Broadcast tab.
