Any files that your LA have previously uploaded to Broadcast are available in the Broadcast Cloud. To access this area, click on the Upload button in the Selected Folder panel of the LA View. Then click Select an existing file.

This section includes:

  • The name of the uploaded file
  • The date the file was uploaded
  • The user that uploaded the file
  • Options to process, download or delete

Even documents that have been deleted from Broadcast will be available in the Broadcast Cloud (until they are deleted from the cloud directly).

If a file has been removed in error, then you can easily add it back into Broadcast via the cloud. If you click on the Process button, this will add the file into the LA view, within the folder you had selected prior to clicking Upload. If you did not pre-select a folder, the files and folders will be added into the Uploaded Content folder.

If you click on the Delete button, then this will remove the file from the Broadcast Cloud. This means that if you have a problematic file, you can remove it entirely to ensure that it is not uploaded accidentally by another user.
