This feature will allow you to define your custom rejection reasons when a school sends an incorrect or invalid file via both File Requests and the Standalone Files module.
At the moment, we have included default reasons for you. These are:
- Incorrect File Format
- Incorrect Content
- Incomplete or Partial File
- File Corrupted
- File Size Limit Exceeded
- Other
If the reason you require is not on the list, then you can navigate to Admin within Broadcast and select Manage Reasons from the Reasons for Rejection panel.
Select the New Reason button to add additional reasons for file rejection.
Enter the reason for rejection and click Add New Reason. Your reason will then be added to your list and, by default, switched ON.
To turn a rejection reason off, toggle the On/Off buttons alongside it.
You can also edit a rejection reasons text by selecting the Edit button, or completely delete a reason by clicking the Bin icon.
When you reject a file from a school, the rejection reason is printed when the school hover over the info icon.
