Using School Users & Roles, local authorities can effortlessly view and export a complete list of Perspective users across all of their schools and other establishments.
The export provides a clear overview of each user and their assigned roles, making it easier to review access, identify key contacts and ensure user information remains accurate across your schools.
To access the export, navigate to Broadcast > Admin > School Users & Roles, and click 'Export List'. This will start downloading your Excel export.
The export will provide you with the following columns:
- School Name
- School DfE Number
- School URN
- School Phase
- Role
- Name of User
- Email Address
This information allows you to review each establishment’s current Perspective users with a Broadcast role assigned.
The export is particularly useful ahead of file distribution windows, as it allows you to check that roles have been assigned to the correct, most up-to-date users and whether a role is unassigned, helping ensure that files reach the intended user.
